Company Policy and Information
Ordering Information:
Current order processing time is 10 business days. After your order is shipped, arrival time will vary. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex ground and normally take 2-7 days to arrive. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Personal Checks & Money Orders through PayPal. When placing an order please be certain that your order is complete before submitting. Once an order is placed we cannot add on to your order. Please be certain that your order is complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays in processing orders due to declined credit card payments. If a credit card is declined we will try to contact you to notify you about the problem with the card as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse service and refund your money.
If paying with an eCheck through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the eCheck has cleared, which can sometimes take 4-5 business days. If you want your order to be shipped ASAP, please remit funds via credit card, instant transfer, or from your PayPal balance.
A $30.00 minimum service charge will be added to all returned checks. This establishment will seek civil damages .
Shipping Information:
Orders sent via USPS are not insured and a tracking number will be emailed to you. For an additional charge you can add insurance on to your order. When you receive your order, please check the package for damage such as breakage. The insurance does not cover melting. If there is damage notify us immediately. We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping. If there is a problem with the shipping of your order after it's left our possession, you will have to take that up with the shipping company. If your package is lost and no insurance was purchased you need to take it up with your local postal office.
If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, we will not back order it for you, and your account will be credited through PayPal. You will have to order it again when it comes back in stock. You will be notified via email if a product is out of stock. You may be asked to sub a product of the same price in it's place.
Return policy:
We do not accept returns on products. We cannot accept returns on body products due to the nature of the product. Please apply a small amount of bath product on your skin and wait 24 hours to see if you are allergic. Some scents are lighter than others we can not just add more fragrance to make it stronger, it will cause thinning in the finished product or bleed out of the wax. We also cannot accept returns on Tarts due to the fact that they are custom made for each order. We are not responsible for any damage due to use of other products not sold by us. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse of our products. Please take note we will not exchange or refund the purchase price because you do not like the scent please be sure to think about the scent before you order it, example you enjoy the smell of fresh cut grass in the summer, Is this a scent you would enjoy just as much inside your home? Everyone has a different nose and can detect certain notes in a fragrance others cannot. please be sure that you would like the scent before ordering. What may smell beautiful to one nose could be an awful smell to the other nose.
Liability:
Soyful Joys and it's owner will not be held liable for any kind of damages in connection with use or mis use of our products. This applies to any or all damages. We reserve the right to make changes to our prices, fragrances, shipping carriers or website content as deemed necessary. By placing an order with Soyful Joys Corp., you agree to these policies and terms.
